At O’Regan Group Insurance Brokers (and Alpha Insurance Brokers), Claims Management is an important part of our overall service to you. This is where it all comes together following the placement of your insurance programme and is where you have an expectation that your policy will respond when you have a claim.

Our Claims Team have many years of experience in all insurance classes and are able to manage your claim and provide excellent service throughout the process.

We pride ourselves with our “hands-on” management of your claim, our communication to keep you informed as your claim progresses and to ensure that you achieve a satisfactory outcome and that you receive full policy entitlements.

We are committed to action any claims notification quickly and pro-actively and we have strong relationships with all our insurers and their claims consultants. We are aware of the impact a claim can have on your business and that our role includes you receiving settlement or partial payments to enable you to continue the efficient operations of your business during this time.

Claims can be stressful and we assist with relieving some of this for you by our monitoring of your claim until finalisation and liaising with the necessary parties which can include insurers, assessors, repairers and solicitors.
